A Desert Legal Aid attorney shall provide free of charge an initial hour of legal consultation and advice to all clients without exception referred through Desert Legal Aid.
The client's and domestic partner's gross annual income includes income from all sources including investment and rental income.
For each dependent, we shall reduce fees by one level:

Exceptions to Fee Schedule:
1. At no cost to the client, irrespective of the client's ability to pay or value of his/hers assets, a Desert Legal Aid attorney shall provide and assisst in the coompletion of the following statutory documents: Simple will, financial power of attorney and advance health care directive.
2. A flat "fee-for-service" will be charged for the following services: Chapter 7 bankruptcies, simple trusts, wills with special bequest, probates and SSA appeal hearing representation.
