Desert Legal Aid shall provide free of charge an initial half hour of legal consultation and advice to all clients.
The client's and domestic partner's gross annual income includes income from all sources including investment and rental income.
For each dependent, we shall reduce fees by one level:

Exceptions to Fee Schedule:
1. At no cost to the client, irrespective of the client's ability to pay or value of his/hers assets, Desert Legal Aid shall provide and assist in the completion of the following statutory documents: Simple will, financial power of attorney and advance health care directive.
2. A flat "fee-for-service" will be charged for the following services: Chapter 7 bankruptcies, simple trusts, wills with special bequests, small estate administration, Immigration and SSA appeal hearing representation.
